Thanks guys.. I am hoping it has a new set of seals…Genob…I am thinking this forum need a friendly pistol shoot off competition…pick out your best pistol and have a 25 yard shoot of from all position from iron sights and optics …with 8” max barrel length…you think the guys here would like to get in on this…top prize is braggers right…?…marker

I was shooting my Czech TAU-7 the other evening, only acquired it last week, but very pleased with it so far. 
Took the wood off from the front as I think it looked a bit odd. Going to make a metal cover for the exposed mechanism.

Hats off to you guys that can still shot all positions. Too many birthdays and broken bones have caught up with me, I now shot from a bench with my coffee next to me, lol. The mind is still young thou. I have 3 78's and 1 79. I will be shooting this shortly. Enjoy you day guys, Grand kids coming here later and will have fun.

My new range isn't done yet but I sat out there and shot the HW40 with a dot sight yesterday evening.
I shot from here about 18 yards in. I'm hoping for 100 yards when it finished
I dropped a couple vine sprouts, killed 2 wasp, and clipped the wings off of one, religating him to ground troops. My aim at that stuff was about an inch and a quarter hold over.
I set up a can but it was close for the sight setting (30 yards) as I had to aim low for good hits. So I moved it out till I had to aim a tad high, shooting about an inch low.
I got about thirty hits before I was getting board and the mosquitos were packing me off. Dinner was ready anyway.
My trigger is not up to par on the HW40. It is very light and the spring disengages after you pull the first stage. If at that point you don't get a shot it doesn't return the first stage.
Anyone familiar with that issue on the HW40 trigger?

Rattlesnake season is back. Time to ready my favorite snake gun … the KWC M712. Semi-auto to scare ‘em off, full auto if they decide to fight back

Having recently acquired a real Mauser C96, I’m now able to do a proper comparison and I must say KWC did a pretty good job. Even the real grips will fit (with minor trimming) if they are from an early C96. The step in the barrel was really there on later models, so it’s not just a manufacturing artifact of KWC. With some touch up, and adding the stampings found on an original, this BB gun would look frighteningly real.

Good long session with the Diana 5G in nice summer weather. Great break barrel pistol. Very good trigger to be a springer. The grip fits my hand like a glove. Very good accuracy, but I do not like the front sight which is pointy insted of a block. The front sight is removable, so I will look around to see if I can swap it out. Overall I tend to grab this one often due to the simplicty of the loading cycle, great trigger, great grip, and accuracy. I can shoot this one for hours due to how easy it is to load. Still quite a strong spring, but it is OK due to the ergonomic design. It is easy to sit down and load it, which is not the case with all springers and pneumatic pistols.
