No, that's not stock setting. Mine was at 7.2 fpe stock until I crank up the reg. I have it at 9+ fpe as I want a good shoot count.Today i shot the PP700SA 8.4 pellet weight for 10 .6 FPE . Is that a normal factory setting ? i got it used but no manual or box , paper s nothing . Guessing about 18 or 20 shots per fill .later today i will count
is the hammer spring screw in the grip ? accessed from the bottom of the grip ?No, that's not stock setting. Mine was at 7.2 fpe stock until I crank up the reg. I have it at 9+ fpe as I want a good shoot count.
Hi Septicdeath…this is Marker…I figure you would appreciate this the most…I haven’t really shot this gun since I rebuilt it…just a few test shots to see if it would hold air…I have had this gun for a least 30 + years now..it was a Kmart Blue light special…this pistol is a first design…the 2nd design the valve had different seals inside…I put this target out 25’…put in a new cartridge and just unloaded…got almost 90 shots….till the pellet s got stuck in the clip…I tried something different this time .. I pushed all the pellets with a allen wrench to the flat side of the clip…I think it actually resized the pellets and the group was excellent …that was 85 shots in this targetSome revolver fun this evening with one of my favorite pistols. The Crosman 38T .22.View attachment 565502View attachment 565505I
The Crosman 357 series was a great pistol. I always seat mine the same way, haha. I think I get around 70 shots or so also.Hi Septicdeath…this is Marker…I figure you would appreciate this the most…I haven’t really shot this gun since I rebuilt it…just a few test shots to see if it would hold air…I have had this gun for a least 30 + years now..it was a Kmart Blue light special…this pistol is a first design…the 2nd design the valve had different seals inside…I put this target out 25’…put in a new cartridge and just unloaded…got almost 90 shots….till the pellet s got stuck in the clip…I tried something different this time .. This is what I did to some of my airguns, don't like looking down the busyness end either, lol. There's naught wrong with this one! Love the lines, weight, mechanism, arrangement. They really nailed it, like a little air gun laboratory especially in light of the ease of changing calibers and barrel length. Just perfect...
...well not quite, never comfortable with a gauge located 1 inch below the muzzle. But OTHER than making me nervous, and look foolish and suicidal when I'm out there trying to relax and check on the tank pressure, it's perfect.
