What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

I shot a ridiculously unfair, irrational, unscientific three pellet comparison today. The comparison consists of 3 targets with 3 different pellets of approximately the same weight and style straight from the tin. After initial sighting-in of each pellet I did not adjust for or try to play the wind just aim at target squeeze and move on to the next target. All pellets are shooting at about 775 fps.
This 1st pic explains the ridiculous part.

I scored the cards to determine what,,,,, I don't know but here's the tally anyway.

I guess this was just a little therapy after filing taxes today.

I shot my CZ200 Hunter 177 Atomics, BRK Concept lite 18gr FX, and center bottom is the bullshark 177 Knockouts 10gr mk3

Shooting from my window out 18y to under my feeder.

Just looking for pesting accuracy. I was making some adjustments to the scopes. I had to remove the scope yesterday on the CZ200 and reinstall. The Concept Lite got a DonnyFl qd mount and that changed poi a little. Bullshark is trying out Mk3’s, I was shooting the originals

Well...pests are in big trouble with that accuracy! 🤗

Slow and Steady wins the race!
Too many are obsessed with going as fast as possible
Love the ridiculous comparison!

Hello everyone,

OK finally a perfect day for shooting some paper targets after a week of really bad weather. Wind only 2 to 5 so I set up on the 25-yard range and had a great time having the pellet go where I aimed it.

Range: Outdoor 25 - Yards
Rifle: Brocock Sniper XR .22 caliber
Scope: Athlon Argos BTR Gen2 10-40x56
Pellets: JSB Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr
FPS: 834
FPE: 28
Wind: 0 mph

I've been fighting the wind for a while. I did manage a few good groups but I had to wait on the wind to calm somewhat.

I had a ok group at 50y w a Maverick and 25.4g pellets. Took a picture at 3 shots because I new I would blow the last 2 . Lol
All at 50 yards. View attachment 454865

And some..177 crossman premier CPHPs at 30 yards. My airgun is set for 10.3-10.5s but is also accurate w the crossmans just hits a tad higher. They must be cooking. And also dealing with wind . But didn't leave frustrated for the conditions.

Hello everyone,

I have created another New Target. This is the Two Bulls Target and is designed so that you aim at the Square Bull in order to hit the Round Bull. Obviously you need to adjust the scope accordingly, but the neat thing is you can shoot as many times as you wish and NOT tear up your aim point. This should be good for shooting “One-Hole” targets.

The first target I shot at 10-Meters and only one shot at Bulls 1 through 15, and then I shot a 3-round volley at Bulls 16 through 20. I scored it by 10 points for every Bull ( 200 points ) and a “X” for every Bull ( 20 X’s ) and additional 100 points for the 2-extra shots at 16 through 20.

My second target I shot at 25-Yards and only one shot per Bull.

I am attaching a pdf file of this target if you wish to download and make copies for yourself.

Range: Outdoor 10-Meters and 25 - Yards
Rifle: Brocock Sniper XR .22 caliber
Scope: Athlon Argos BTR Gen2 10-40x56
Pellets: JSB Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr
FPS: 834
FPE: 28
Wind: 5 to 10 mph
