What is your "Go-to" rifle? in like survival situation and of course no powder burner.

What is your "Go-to" rifle? The one just come to "first in your mind" in like survival situation, not second guessing/overthinking. And of course, no powder burner.
1st: RWS Diana 48 in .22 simple, affordable than AA, HW and no need for support equipment: pump, compressor, tank, scope, etc. Just rifle and some tins of pellets.

Diffently would be a springer of high quality, a model easily repaired. I think I would go with my hw80 in .22 . Built like a tank , very smooth and powerful.

Hatsan 135 .30 spring. Not hard to work on. Good for small to medium game.

Any quality spring gun would work, if you are limiting yourself to an air rifle, which seems kind of odd. It seems to me, a good .22 RF and a brick of ammo would be a far better choice, lighter, more power, and reliable forever.

Probably should be a springer but I don’t actually have one. Right now it would probably be one of my fx streamlines as they are quite simple and not bad to fill with a hand pump.

I have never been in a survival situation but I would imagine that keeping a low profile would be a consideration. The low noise aspect of a airgun would be a positive especially in a urban environment. As far as small game getting, have a heart traps and snares could be helpful with using a pellet gun for the dispatch.

lol, situation can be: backpacking with short notice with friends, limited space powder burning equipment taking all the space (airplane ck in), etc.

I actually started out with the 'survival' situation in mind. That said I've got 3 Gamo springers; 177, 22 and 22 magnum. Most people don't appreciate and forget about the Seneca Aspen. I bought mine reconditioned, it's never failed me and it's blistering accurate. Shot a bird from a power line at 80yds.
