If you have a lot of money you could pay a manufacturer or a custom gun machinist to redo tooling to make a completely one off out off titanium and carbon fiber.

Carbon structural parts, Ti moving parts and hand forged carbon wrapped barrel! Now that would be pimp...and light.

Titanium is heavier than aluminum, carbon fiber is light, but not all parts are made of carbon fiber.
