You won’t be able to use standard AR grips without an adapter that is no longer being made. You’ll be stuck with that factory grip that feels like you’re holding onto a rock and sizewise meant for a toddlers hand.
LCS made the change in machining their trigger blocks sometime mid 2020 so they can accept all AR style grips
