I’ve had my Impact since last May. I’ve had a Donny Sumo on it but it doesn’t seem to do much. I’d appreciate any suggestions. I really enjoy this rifle but have since moved to a different town.I don’t need the HOA or the law showing up with concerns. I’m a safe shooter( aware of my surroundings) but it’s just too loud. At my old residence, my neighbor resorted to flying a drone over my property ( just being curious he said, ha!).’

The biggest one for a 30 cal is a donnyfl emperor possibly with an extender , but that is huge.

I have the DonnyFL Shogun on my Impact 30 caliber. It does a good job.

I recently purchased a moderator from Silent Thunder Ordnance for my .25 FX Impact MkII. I also own a Donny Ronin and compared to the STO Sarissa, the Sarissa is better. It's thinner, longer, and quieter than the Ronin. The science behind this is really thought out as you will find on the website- https://www.silentthunderordnance.com. I have a MKII impact (.30) as well and I just ordered the Sarissa moderator with a standard flow from Silent Thunder Ordnance. I'll let you know how it compares to my Sumo moderator.

My top 2 are the shogun and the huma the huma had the top spot until recently when I went up in FPS now the shogun seems to sound better.

The DonnyFX that FX suppies works great. I do have a SUMO, but it's hard to tell the difference, for me at least, since I'm hearing impaired.

Have you heard of Silent Thunder Ordinance? They appear to specialize in FX products. They have done exhaustive studies on air flow capacities of airgun moderators.

I had an Impact 30 and it is louder than some lower powered guns for sure. That being said, I’m not fully sure you can get the quietness you hope to get.
I haven’t noticed much difference in sound from different moderators. I tried 4 or 5 different mods on my Impact 30, and finally just stayed with the factory baffles and saved money because none of the others made a big enough difference to justify the cost. That being said, I never tried the largest Donny mods either, Shogun and Ronin. There was a reason though, they are heavy!! On that Impact shroud, smaller ones already weigh the barrel down and influence the possibility of clipping.
I did try an older STO and it was significantly lighter and may have been the quietest by the smallest of margins. That being said, they appear to have improved things a lot since then, so they may be even better now. They won’t be as light as the old models, but I’m guessing they will hold up better too.
I know your situation calls for the quietest possible, but I would still temper expectations. And I would offer that, if the Sumo isn’t quiet enough, you are going to need to try something much larger. Of the ones that are the same size as the Sumo, I haven’t found one that blows it away in sound difference, even if some did slightly sound quieter.
