What is a good sling setup for the Texan.

if you aren't using the bipod rail, you can add any kind of sling mount (magpul qd cup...) you want.
for the back, you can just loop the other end around the bottle (unless they suggest you don't).

The airforce sling stud kit dose not require drilling and tapping. there is already a hole in the butt for it and the front one clamps to the 11mm dovetail. It's what I have on my texan. https://www.pyramydair.com/product/airforce-talon-condor-swivel-stud-set?a=104
