What have you done with your airgun today?

Nothing w/airguns but....I am doing this :)

I was just working with some powder burning components today too. I had some nickel 38 SPL casings which I purchased pre-primed with Speer/CCI primers a long time ago. Well, CCI primers are just too hard to work in a tuned Cowboy revolver, so I decided to decap a bunch of these rounds. From 25 yards with my wife's .177 Wolverine R. Makes a nice little reactive target when you get a direct hit...

Guess that I am shooting a little to the left too.

EDIT: Screen grab from a video of what happens with a direct hit:

I bought a Hatsan 125 Sniper. Of corse I replaced the scope with a Hammers 4-12 AO. THE TRIGGER WAS SO HEAVY AND CREAPY! I polished all the usual parts and after a test run it was still to heavy to bullseye. I replaced the too sear spring with a lighter one. The stock wire diameter was ,o25" and I replaced it with a diameter of ,o20". That did the trick.

Tried my new cheap chinese chrony that i got today, works great, easy to use and does everything i need from a chrony: showing what speed the gun delivers, only shot 20 pellets but they all shown the numbers, only negativ thing is i think where you rest the barrel end is a bit low and close to the 2 sensors, with my clumpsines i will probably shoot them lights out... Need to put something there to get the gun higher, pcp or pump guns should not be a problem cause the barrel is over the cylinder but springers need some more height, banana for scale:

the .97 inch diameter moderator for my 1720T, about same quietness as the 1.2 inch diameter one but plenty of room for the filler cap and fill whip/connector. Super happy and it even looks awesome!!!

skinny moderator for the 1701P, this one doesn’t have the front sight so a little shorter and fake carbon wrap. I like this one better because the length looks PERFECT!

then the package I’ve been waiting for over a month form Wes @airgunarcheryfun.Ca. The PP700 carbine finally get its stock. LOVE the ergonomic of it!!!! The finish is darker than I thought and also the finish isn’t that great if you ask me so I’ll try smoothing it down with steel wool or 400 sand paper and see. I love the way it feels! It absolutely stacks 7.9 crosman HP pellets at 35 yards @800fps.

My neighbor called this morning and telling me there are 3 squirrels running around his back yard. Grabbed my 1720T carbine and headed to my back yard. Saw one squirrel in his tree but that thing took off as soon I got around corner of my house. Then another jumped on his neighbors wall and my neighbor told me to take that shot. It was guessing it was around 40 yards and it was paused inverted vertically (bad mistake) which was perfect since I wasnt sure about drop, put the cross at it’s shoulder and watched the 7.4 grain crosman pointed .177 pellet @650 FPS sailed perfectly straight and dropped right on it’s head with a thud. The squirrel stiffened up and fell straight down. My neighbor went to talk to that neighbor and he told me that neighbor thanked me and was very impressed with the shot, he also told me I have permission to shoot any squirrels on his house! Guess I have my second permission! (First one is the neighbor who called) Hahahaha
