What have you done with your airgun today?

I finally got to shoot my .308 texan carbine build.

I just finished putting the Gen 1 Marauder back together after a maintenance tear-down. Replaced all of the seals and the poppet. Held 3000 PSI for 5 days, so it was time to slap it all back together. I'm glad I had it apart and visually verified that after 5 years (since the last tear-down) of hand pumping, there is no evidence of any moisture inside the tube. I was also on the fence about selling it. I have decided it is in great condition and should be kept. I will be investing in a 3rd party barrel for it this year, so doubling down on this older gun rather than trying to find something new.

Trying to clean the gunk out of my gamo urban barrel. I bought this gun a while back on a really good sale but I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Started cleaning the barrel with Balistol and after a ton of patches, they were still coming out a little dirty. I got a little frustrated so I switched to jb bore paste and.. oh my! The first patch was almost completely covered in gunk again. I've pulled probably well over 100 patches through this barrel with the Balistol and now jb bore paste using a patch worm and the jb paste keeps finding stuff. Had to put it away to finish some other time.

Installed a custom 380mm 177 barrel on my compact crown with carbon bits inside out. Shoots 10.4 JSB heavies like a laser, on bags it drops 5 shots into a hole no wider than 2 pellets at 20 yards.

then reconfigured my impact to compact hunter and night stalker, it’s 8lbs flat with NV scope. Now if that coon would just stick around my yard long enough….🤣

Went to the range yesterday to tune my impact as a compact hunter. Met a very friendly PB a few tables down, he commented on my airgun stuff and he had 2 guns on the bench and one of them is a tricked out 338 lapua. He was very talkative and was very excited about finally getting his rifles sighted in at 100 yards with help from another guy at the range……🤨🤨🤨

Then he had a light bulb moment, it must of been the Sig BDX scope! I was thinking to myself money really can’t buy skills. 🤣🤣🤣
