What have you done with your airgun today?

Found a lower profile 1 piece dovetail offset mount for the little scope and attached the wooden stock I had laying around. Then plastidipped the moderator to desert tan and really liking how it turned out so much just do that to the shroud and air tube to.

@qball What type of airgun is that (obviously a pcp)? I like the look with that wood stock. It’s looks like a little carbine. Make and model?

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers here!!!

had some time to shoot couple of my guns today and enjoying some time with the kiddos. Only things I’ve done lately besides shooting here and there is changing up my 1701P configurations….again!! LOL

After many many mods I did to the 1701P pistol I have now modded it’s back to about almost as stock as when I got it in the mail. Tuned it down to about 1FPE to hunt down big grasshoppers that has been eating stuff in my garden and impossible to get within 6 feet of, so I zeroed my red dot to 10 feet. Also switched to VA zebra wood grip and took off the moderator because it doesn’t need it at that power level.

then the green and grey VA grip showed up just in time for Father’s Day!!! I LOVE it!!! Except I need to find a green foregrip now. Hahahaha….

Changes the scope to the cheap mini LPVO from amazon back on the PP700, best scope for it still. Then shot the PP700 a bunch and it’s as accurate as always. Decided for fun I’ll check speed again with the chrono over 10 shots, seriously good with 7.9 CPHP out of tin. The PP700 continues to amaze me.

Well I prepped my dingers ( like 8 of them front and back ) last night. My compressor is on the fritz so I grabbed my newly acquired Beeman R9 and we worked out a little. Shooting into a (5 to 7 mph ?) switchy headwind. Nuthin to write home about just keeping the old knoggen in the game and see if the R9 might start liking some pellets it did'nt care for in the beginning. BUT I did get a very nice kiss near the end when we tried for the 45yd target.Maximum distance today. All my other dingers are big enough to put 2 - 2" pastors on but this 1 is smaller and therefore only 1,, 2" pastor. Freakin nailed it, ( BULLSEYE ! ) I left well enuff alone, lol
