What do I need for YH and 74 CF tank

We don't even know what type of valve your tank has. Post some pic of you valve would help. Some tanks have din valve, some one yoke valve. Some have quick disconnect. best and easiest valve are the ones with quick disconnect. The yong yeng comes with quick disconnect. All you have to do is connect the female to male. Of you have a din or yoke then you need to buy a fill station for those valve. They run for $50 to $100 depends on brands and where you get it.

It's probably got a DIN 300 valve. Not sure of the quality on the Aliexpress stuff. It is high pressure you are dealing with-might want to buy the highest quality fittings you can afford. Joe Brancato should have what you need in US. airtanksforsale.com should work.

Don't need anything fancy. Your YH will have a female foster fitting and the tank will have a female foster fitting. You need a $10 male to male foster fitting to connect the tank to the compressor.
