Bought myself a new plinker, a Norica dragon .25 cal, i installed a gasram and shot some pellets into my shooting box, so that counts for shooting right? I hope i can shoot some targets this weekend and find out what pellet she likes...

I sure hope so, first impression is that it's quiet, and the trigger was not as bad as i have read it should be, but that may change when i shoot it for real at a target

Went to the family farm yesterday. Didn't go to church because of the Wuhan virus. Watched a service on the boob tube though. Took three of our boys and two others 15- 23 years old. Made a fire at the 4 acre pond. Fished for white crappies, sunnies, and Bass. A young man caught his first fish! I love that. Baked potatoes in the coals. Heated a large can of baked beans. Cut some weenie sticks and the boys roasted some sausages over the coals. Ate well. Then went to the creek for some trout fishing. Met back at the pond and before I left I broke out a 1907 BSA Air Rifle. Sixth batch. Has the Improved Model B upgrades but wasn't labeled a B. All the BSA's were .177 then. .22's and .25's came out in 1908. Rolled some soda cans with it for a while and headed home. A great day outdoors.. At 60 years old, I'd rather run with the young pups than sit with the older dogs.

A cousin to my gf asked me if i wanted to check his 2 old airguns and possible buy them if i want to, it's a Diana 22 and Diana 35, not sure about the age of them but the 22 is realy old, he said he needed to shoot 3 times before the pellet leave the barrel, when i checked the gun the breech seal was missing, and i think it is a leather seal on the piston so i put some ballistol and let the gun stand for a day, the 35 works as it should except for the "scope" i could barely se the target trough it, did some chrony testing and the 22 was delivering 445 fps with the old gamo Doggmatch i got with the gun, the only pellet that was accurate with the 10 different types i tested with, but they sure was accurate at 10m, then the Diana 35 delivered 607 fps with jsb 7.33gr and was the most accurate today, the Doggmatch was accurate also at 10 meters but opened up a bit at 17m, i think this is a german version cause most pellet i tested was delivering 7.5 joules, the 7.33 was around 8.5 joule, i will test the jsb 7.87gr also to see how they perform.
