What did you do airgun related today.

Started on the tether tank. Three 20min sessions and 1000psi/70bar.

The GX drain filter doesn't want to pass air. Will sort that out tomorrow.

I have my saw blade target set up at 45 yards and I found a bell so I kinda set it up behind the blade. I spent a little bit of time sighting in at 45 yards using the paper target to get it dead on. First shot at the target was a bulls eye. But the bell flew away. Second shot was a miss and the third sent the bell flying. Need a better bell and mount but it is really fun hitting a 3/8 target at 45 yards.

Many people have stated that the filter will not pass air till it reaches 1600 psi, because the filter works better at removing water under pressure. Mark

Yah, I watched a video on it. The "official" vid instructions don't mention that. No worries, mine comes in around 1800psi. Seems to be working fine. Two sessions this afternoon. My tank is now at 1500psi. Will do two more this evening. 20min duty cycle...the pump gets warm but not overly so.

Just started doing stuff, meaning right now there is a hissing sound in my living room as the Two depressurise.
I will be swapping the regulator back to the V2 one after temporary having had the spare Huma equipped V1 one installed.
As i have recently swapped fire valve i will not tear deeper into the rifle as everything should be fine, so i will make do with cleaning the barrel.

And of course restocking ammo, Tuesday and Wednesday look to be mighty fine weather even if night time do look to drop to almost freezing, but that is no problem with the new shot shed heat source.
Hoping to drop the # 61 mouse at my friends place ( not me shooting all of them of course )

I might also mod a mod ( modify a moderator ) I am sure i can make the buckrail moderator better, compared to the Finnish made powder burner moderator i use on the Maverick the Buckrail are loud or rather have a off-putting crisp sound to it where the Finnish mod are just " sigh " sound.

O also o got some more O-rings, i will split those up into in the range bag ready to go ones, and then put the surplus into my at home huge stash.
I carry in the range bag 5 - 10 spare O-rings in every size i have so i am ready for any kind of breakdown no matter what rifle i am shooting.

PS in regard to my Regulator swapping.

I was a bit surprised at it started to leak in the pipe connection not the regulator itself, and even more so taking apart.
I got this complete regulator a while back, and just greased it up, and even greased the pipes it screw into too, and installed it.
So seeing the huge " bite " that was taken out of one of the O-rings and it after all having kept pressure just fine.
But it started to leak there after having been de pressurised to put in new renovated fire valve, which is strange CUZ it have been depressurised several times since i put in the new regulator.

It is this new O-ring size i have gotten among other things, also the V1 regulator housing as it use thinner NBR 90 rings where the V2 REG housing use thicker NBR 70 rings in the same place.

Photo of O-rings ( 2 ) from V2 regulator housing VS one O-ring from V1 regulator housing.
Easy to see the huge bite that must have been taken out when i installed it back then, in spite of me greasing very thoroughly .

Arranged my compressor bench so the YH, CS4 and CS3 can all run through the GX Pro Drain filter without moving things around.
Ordered some Daisy blue/white labelled wadcutters with some bullseye bucks for the VaporMax... it loves those pellets.
And I have the Xisico Sentry .22 on the shooting bench as the flavor of the day.
The vibration sensing hour meter for the CS4 is out for delivery this morning.
It's a great day to be an air gunner. ;)
