Decided to change my FX Royale 500 factory tune from the 25.39 grain to 33.95 grain JSB KING HEAVY pellets.

I used a bit if heat to free the Lok-tite on the Hammer Spring adjuster nut and cleaned out the residue. Then I needed to make a M16x1 jam-nut to lock the Hammer Spring adjuster nut and a tool to install it.

Fun little project made from a bit of brass bar and a couple of finishing nails.

Now I need some calm weather to start testing and tuning. 🙂

Cheers!

Took my .25 Bullshark out and shot peachs off wild peach trees in my yard. They're tasty but small and 90% pit, so not worth picking. But find they're dang good off hand, yardage estimating practice. The direct hit gives good solid whack, and the little sucker simply explode. Just clip them and pellets go zinging off into the wild blue yonder. No worries about that because no neighbors, and nothing for the ricochets to hit.

Went out for rabbit, got 3 for the stew, and made a slow mo video of the shots :)
I see rabbit stew and recall Yosemite sam as the kings cook and the king wants hasenpfeffer . Course olbuggs just happens to stroll by as the main ingredient ..lol
