What Carbon Fiber tank for the Walther Reign?

And will the CF tank be 1 lb. lighter than the stock steel tank?

Seems like I remember someone saying that the tank in those is smaller than most and a different threading? I expect you'll have to determine what the threading is for the factory cylinder is, and try to find one to match or make an adapter. I think you'll probably have to cut out the front of the plastic "enclosure" too, but I'm not positive on that one... I haven't seen anyone one replace one of the factory cylinders on one myself.

Umm...no room!

All you have to do is open the stock, you'll see. If you want a carbon fiber cylinder, you'll have to make it yourself, or have it made. Or do as I did, I cut some weight off by cutting a little over 3" off of the barrel...that helped a few oz's.

While it is a little nose heavy, overall, it's a pretty light gun as is.

Thank you for the replies. The goal being to lighten the gun, not increase shot count. Looked at the cylinder and wondered if such a small tube in CF would make gun noticeably lighter?
