Brocock/BRK What Caliber for BRK Ghost?

I am looking at replacing my .25 caliber with a ghost. I see lots of people have the Ghost in .22 cal and the gun seems to shoot the .22 33.9 grain pellets effortlessly. Is a .25 33.95 gr going to buck wind better than a .22? If the .22 is longer and the same weight will it have a better BC than a .25?
Range is 75-100 yards for ground squirrels and 50 yards for marmots.

I've read the BC is better on the 22. To shoot those higher weight pellets, it requires the gun to run higher pressures and hammer tensions. A 25 could do the same and with less stress on the rifle. I'm no expert so please wait for others to confirm.

I agree with above. If you are running 75-100 I would just get it in .25. I personally would only go .22 if I were going to shoot slugs

I agree I think slugs are a game changer/equalizer unfortunately, there’s no slug barrel yet for the ghost.

Actually the 25 cal 33.9 jsb has the better bc of .063 the 22 cal 25.4 mrd is .053 and the 22cal 33.9 is .050. The 30 cal 44.8 is .042 so the 25 has the best bc of the pellets. I have a 25 ghost and like it very much.

I have a .22 Ghost and it will shoot the 25.4s sub moa at 85 yards. I have a number of other .25 caliber er rifles. Can’t go wrong with either.

I have the ghost in 25, reg set around 125bar and hammer set to 10 I get 900fps with 33.95. I got mine from tenacious airguns, he took around a week to do the trigger and tune it. It reaches 910fps at max hammer setting. I bet if you turned up the reg it would give more range. It shoots 33.95 on 10 and hades on 1 really consistently.
