I gotta say that I don't get the "being put off by someone addressing me by my first name unless my dick is in their mouth" thing.
Someone giving me the whole Mr.Wrench business is fake/phoney respect crap that puts me off way quicker than just about anything. If you care enough about me or my opinion to start a conversation with me then please feel free to address me by my first name.
