What barrel is on the Kral Empire X?

Can't seem to find this info anywhere.................Looks like a decent pcp at a really decent price! FPS may be a little low but at .22 it'll do fine for plinkin and pestin! I see they have the whole line at the Krale site but no barrel info. That superduty is a beast! Any opinions on these guns would be nice as well. Tried to add link but wont light up, sorry. Thanks.

Kral Empire is a very accurate gun in .22 at 70 yds and more.The mid-stock biathlon side cocking lever stands out. And the gun even comes with a height-adjustable scope rail.

The only slight downside is the shroud. Its diameter is too small for any meaningful silencing effects. I therefore removed it and placed a silencer onto the 1/2 unf barrel threads. The bottle left enough clearance for that. (Not sure this is also true on the cylinder version.)

Thanks for the info! So I'm assuming this gun is not backyard friendly. How is it now with the added moderator? I have a Talon P that has been great with a D FL Sumo and it's quieter but not as they say "mouse fart". i love the small size just looking for a liitle more accuracy and shot count in a small package without breaking the bank. Did you order yours from Krale? If so how long did shipping take? I had it in my cart for $621 and change but felt i didn't have enough info to pull the trigger. Kral's whole line seems inexpensive and the YT channel i think it's air brothers or something like that from South Africa.....they have some great videos with really good accuracy. Have you shot slugs? Thanks.

Thanks for your input. I think I'll go with Kral. I like the superduty as well for shot count but getting a little long and heavy for stalking. I'm in California in the high desert so not many trees but plenty of bushes and tumbleweeds for the critters to hide in. Great looking guns you have.I have a CP scope on the way recommended by Odoyle so we'll see how it goes. PC, I kinda like the look with the removed shroud! I'll reply back when i receive my empire x!

I found it to be on the edge of backyard friendly with the stock shroud, even with baffles in it. With the silencer -- quiet!

Yes, shooting slugs fine out of this barrel if you crank up the power to around 38j. For that I opened up all ports to 4.5mm (left the valve inlet at 2mm!), now shooting 880 FPS with the JSB Jumbos. The KO slugs were doing fine at 70yds in my first group, haven't tried them since. This barrel is the same as on my Kral Puncher Maxi -- pellets = dime size at 70yds, slugs = 1-1.5 inches maybe.

Got mine from Balistas in Czech (I live in Europe), cheaper than Krale.

Kral Empire is hard to beat if you're looking for compact, nice build + looks, ergonomic, accurate, high shot count, and reasonable cost. I put a 45 usd 4-16x44 IR Diana knock-off scope on it, never looking back.

Nice!! I don't really need to do the slugs but it's nice to know it's an option if i ever want to in the future. Did you get your porting stuff thru Krale as well?

Just a drill + bit bit and, for the barrel port, a dremel.

Krale's versions may not need opening up as they are usually shipped at full power. In Czech, where I got mine, there is a 16j power limit with narrower ports and lower hammer spring tension.

Good info! The Krale sight shows 51J/37.6 ft in .25. Like i said before....my wife's gonna kill me........oh well, what's an airgunner to do😉. On another note, are you culling parrots?

My wife has already killed me many times over the boxes that keep arriving ... Goes with the territory I guess. I now sometimes have them delivered at a drop-off point 😁

Yes, sadly, I need to cull psittacula krameri. Hard to believe, but a funny bone set a number of them free some years ago to "create a little more color". They are now in the tens of thousands and each of these shriekers may get up to 30 years old. They occupy nesting places of native birds and make a nasty habit of shredding apple orchards (like mine). They are hardy and fast as bullets ... Thankfully they can't resist the lead that my growing arsenal is meting out 👹

Just tried to order the empire x in .25 but it won't take my card!!! on the phone with Chase now😔



Same happened to me. I'm retired Army vet with USAA card. I had to call them, talked to a great girl and told her, "yup it was me and not fraud and she authorized it and stayed on the phone while I went through the transaction and all was good. Now all you'll have to do is send them a copy of your driver license or passport. I guess so they know you are a legit buyer. They'll should send you an email. Nice looking gun. Good luck!

They need it cause you have to prove your 18. Man, I gotta learn how to paste and reply and all the fancy stuff you guys do! Well, leaving work now so we'll see if the wife knows already when i get home.....gotta stop and get some beer for the house!! I'm off tomorrow and Monday so may be slow to reply this weekend. Gonna use the TalonP for some plinkin!
