What are you guys using for video editing?

As a long time STILL photographer - I can talk f/stops all day, shutter speed, exposure, fast lenses, high iso, etc . . . . . I know my way around a STILL camera.

I've generally avoided video - just never really had an interest in it. Until I started messing with air rifles. I just picked up a sideshot bracket with gopro mount and a firefly cam and am - frankly - kinda lost. ( lol )

My go to s/w tools - lightoom and photoshop - I *thought* lightroom could do video. Turns out it doesn't. {sigh}

So --- the question up there in the subject ↑

Thanks @antoni. I just fired up my adobe creative cloud thing - apparently 'Premier Rush' is available to me as part of my subscription ( photographers package @$10.00 a month ). I'm downloading it to check it out - I don't need fancy - just something to get me started. *If* it turns out that I get jazzed by video stuff (lol) - then maybe I'll ante up some bucks for the full on Pro. Appreciate the tip!

Yeah -- holy crap -- they all do! ( " . . . does far more than I'm capable of understanding." ) I can sooooooo relate to that!! Holy crap - ALL I want to do is flip the damned video so that it's not backwards.

I've found a stupid simple way of doing this now - so stupid that even *I* can do it. ( lol!! )

AND -- because it's cross platform - you can use it (VLC Media Player) on windows, mac, linux. So there's a plus.

The info at the link above is "good enough" for my very simple needs at the present.
