FX What are you Fx Impact M4 settings ?

Hello,

What are you impact m4 settings ? In .22 and .25

Reg pressure
Micro/ macro wheels

I would run around 950fps in .25 , 25.4grn pellets and would compare
Each gun tunes different, try 150 bar and play with your adjusters till it groups the way you want if you don't have a crono. M3 m4 just a different reg setup. My m3 is 700mm 22
150 bar 55 fpe on 1, 74 fpe up around 9. Tungsten hammer. My dreamline 25 is bone stock shooting 860fps from a 380mm at 150 bar.

Im going to buy a FX Impact. What caliber would you recommend for 50 to 100 yards?
.22 or .25. Depends on what you are planning the use it for.

I have a .25 (with my M4 Extended 800mm barrel) but cannot really use it to it's full extend in an urban environment. So I decided to go for a conversion kit so I can switch to .22 (with 500mm barrel) for the urban environment.

100 yards is within 22 pellet range and you don't need a long barrel. I have a 700mm, Dutch an 800, my shooting buddy has a 500. If i was going to buy and build my gun again I probably would've gotten the 600. That said, 22 is great for versatility of up close and backyard capable. My 25 is a little rowdy for that but it's a 380mm dreamline. If you don't need high power, 22 because you can shoot monster redesigns for longer shots and 15-18 grain for everything else ime.

Words of lessons learned. I made my 22 impact a 75 fpe slug gun(not even tip top power) . I can't hardly use it for anything because it's too dangerous for most of what I want to do. I spent a boat load doing it too.

Thanks for the write up. Makes me re think and consider. I’m not sure what “tune” UA did on mine. I asked for 33 grain slugs in 22 and willing to try the 40.1 grain 22.
