N/A What air pistol do you use for pest control?

I keep my .22 caliber HW44 handy when working around the property. You never know when you need to deal with a pest.

Faaantastic. May I ask what pellets and power settings you use for both your .25? Curious why you have two. Thanks!
First, it takes just seconds to recharge the GK1s. So I recharge after every magazine reload. I charge to 300 bar and after one 17 pellet magazine, the tank pressure has dropped to 210 bar with negligible velocity change. I generally use the JSB 25.4 gr pellet for economy reasons. They are very consistent. The gun will shoot one ragged hole at 25 meters and I usually shoot consistent 1" groups at that same distance off hand. For practice, I use the the standard 14cm paper target with 5 1" diameter black bullseyes. I shoot 3 rounds in each bulls eye and 5 rounds in the center.

I bought one GK1 for me and one for a friend, which he keeps here with me. One is a Gen 1 and the other is a Gen 3. I prefer the Gen1.

Adding my own question to this thread... What's a good, quiet pistol in .22 for rats at close range? They keep taunting me where I can't easily get them with my rifle. This is about 3-5 yards at night with sleeping neighbors all around.
No such thing, sorry. Everything is a compromise. remember, you will miss from time to time and that can cause damage. You are much better off with traps, if you have a rat issue.

Here is a good video.

This guy is using a quiet Benjamin Marauder Pistol .22(woods walker model that has carbine option) inside a dairy barn with cows all around and it’s not disturbing them.

He’s got an infrared laser and flashlight which is invisible to the rats for quick acquisition and also for his camera.

I’m sure any decent moderator would do. Affordable would be buck rail.

You can also put on a new Atn x-sight 3x night vision scope on it for around ~$450 at optics planet to enhance the fun factor 😁

Supply sleeping aids to neighbors ?
