What a disservice "EdgunLeshiy" does for the airgun community time and time again.

Offending content removed. Rule #3 applied.
This guy was the same guy who posted the controversial video using a human dummy in one of his videos.

Imagine what kind of sick human being you have to be to set up a pedestal to mutilate an animal for pleasure? Im no hippie, I have permissions and am pro hunting, but this guy shares a lot of similarities with Jeffrey Dahmer, he too started his psychotic career with the mutilation of animals for pleasure.

You don't have to agree with me , thats ok, this is just an opinion

I don't know the backstory but I have a semi related (true) story.

Up until just a few months ago my brother in law (and his family) lived in an older neighborhood with lots of mature trees. In those trees lived a veritable army of squirrels. They were chewing holes in soffits and accessing the attic and creating a potentially dangerous situation (chewed wire could lead to house fire). They were also digging up newly planted stuff in the garden, to the point that they couldn't do a garden til the squirrel numbers were reduced. Eventually he got the numbers down and got them evicted from the attic and was able to start a garden. But he still had to stay vigilant to kill any that got into the garden to get the produce before he could. Now, the garden was a bih deal b/c his wife and a kid or two have gluten allergies that prevents them from being able to eat much store bought food (gluten is in everything), hence the need for the fresh produce from the garden.

So anyway, pesting is not hunting. Pesting is the removal of problem animals.

Granted, I have no idea if the leshiy vid guy is simply filming his removal of pests, or if it started that way, but there may be more to the story.

As for the baiting, getting them in front of a safe back stop is more responsible than taking potshots at them up in the tops for trees or as they run across the top of the fence.

You would have to review his posts and demeanor behind them all. ***** RULE #1 violation removed **** However from the outside without any background you absolutely could view it like that 100%.

  1. Exercise common sense and be considerate towards your fellow users. The diversity of opinion and intelligent civil discourse is encouraged; by the same token: rude, lewd, vulgar, obscene, flaming, baiting, trolling, hateful, threatening, insulting, violent, or slanderous content will not be tolerated. You may challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully.

I’ve watched many of his videos and I don’t recall him referring to any of the videos in general as hunting. He makes it very clear in nearly every video, he is attempting to humanely remove property damaging pests.
These pests have destroyed numerous parts of his home and property, along with that of neighbors, costing untold dollars.

Its very easy to say that... His, words, actions, and demeanor says otherwise.

I have never met the man, therefore I don’t know him well enough to make a psychological evaluation and call names.

It took a small army to have the video removed from IG that showed a human dummy in airgun testing and many of us had interaction with him via different platforms. The guy is a total poopbag.

Accurate assessment. I've stumbled upon his vids on inst only a time or two. Watched the slow mo of the pellet impact and concluded I wasn't very interested in his content. As such I'm not any more familiar with him than seeing a couple kill vids.

I actually liked the video with the human analog. It showed that these are not toys and should not be treated as such. I actually like watching his videos just to see the energy transfer of different pellets at different speeds. Really interesting to watch from a "scientific" view.

Like was mentioned above he is taking the critters out in a humane fashion to help him and his neighbors avoid costly repair bills to to them chewing up everything. Have had to deal with squirrels in my attic last year and I want all of those buggers dead. He baits them at his "station" to make sure he has a solid back stop and to make sure that there are not pellets ripping through his neighborhood. I will say I really don't like the ones where he is shooting across the yard and things like that.

I can see both sides of the story and he does seem like one of those guys that you either like him..... or you don't. I personally have no issues with what he is doing or anything like that. And that is one of the great things that we as humans can do... either watch or simply go away.

9mm is over kill for a chipmunk,,, but using a bait/kill station is a responsible way to do it in a urban area
he does not sound sadistic, ,,just a pester like many of us here
but the video is,,, gory, messy but life is that way.,,, clean my fish or butcher my deer
the boys in England do it frequently, set up a bait box for squirrel hunting

without viewing his human dummy vid,,,, I do not see a problem in this vid,,, my 2 cents

Much like the zero talk of self defense here, it should be an unspoken rule in the airgun community, he could have shown that same thing with a coyote dummy or some other dummy, its how the public sees these things and opens their mouths about them to the wrong people that our sport may start to become infringed on, do you want that?

Yeah that is true. A better analog rather than a human torso.

Fine I will give you that Ct..... BUT NOTHING MORE!!
