I'm just about to get an AEA HP Varmint in .22 and I want to shoot slugs. So what works in yours? Any loading issues with slugs you've tried?
What .22 slugs does your AEA Varmint like?

In my old backpacker which is the same gun with 1 inch shorter barrel shot 217 23 grain nsa very well. I would try 17 grain and 20 grain if you want faster speed or flatter trajectory, fairly confident they will shoot just as well but 17 is very tune sensitive.
