I'd like to thank Wes for the integrity he brings to his customer service and how he runs his business. A couple weeks ago I purchased one of the Immersive Optics scopes from Wes thru his online sales. After I purchased it I became aware, thru an AGN thread, that he offered a 5% discount to members here. I made a comment on the thread that I had wished I was aware of the discount prior to purchasing the scope. After reading the thread Wes reached out to me to offer me a refund of the 5% even though he was under no obligation to do so. It was my first purchase from his business but won't likely be the last. He has a good reputation within the Canadian airgun community.

I second this recognition of someone who knows what customer service means. Wes promptly apologized and refunded my money for an item I purchased that was not functioning properly with my gun. I will definitely do business with him in the future.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE TO DEAL WITH!!! EVEN SHIPIN TO US. I WOULD LIKE TO BUY IT ALL FROM HIM!!! ONLY OTHER ONE WITH THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MAKE IT RIGHT ATTITUDE WOULD BE JOE AT DAR!!! THANKS PAPER P
