The Renegade HP Case to put it mildly sucks!! I bought a standard .22, case was awesome high enough to accommodate any scope you would want. So I stepped into an HP in .25 expecting the same Daystate case as the standard Renegade. Well when it showed up the case was great quality but was only wide enough for the gun, so I basically paid for an over priced shipping container. I doubt the case is not a freebie and goes into the cost of the gun. So now I have to buy an additional case for my HP. Why would a manufacturer do this when they are selling you a gun with no open sights? Trying to see the logic here and keep an open mind but can't get there. At this point a cardboard box would have been more fitting if I could shave a few bucks off the MSRP. Very disappointed in Daystate and what they have reduced their product case to. I travel via all terrain vehicles to the hunting spots and having a case is a must. I see other companies doing this as well, it's a shame when companies cheap out on what can make them better than others.
