Went up the Range Sunday morning and sighted in my new Hatsan Flashpup Side lever .22 syn, , dialed it in with CPHP .22's, then went down the dirt road to the Nursery farm, checked the open fields for any signs of life, found a spot near some Pepper fields, the Squirrels were stealing and munching down on the peppers like they were peanuts, I put on the guillie suit and loaded the Flashpup, setup the shooting chair and grabbed the Tripod, shot 5 squirrels within 80 yards with the Flashpup, decided to switch to my Uragan .25, for longer distance shots, my friend showed up at that time and he got his chair setup next to me, we were tag teaming the Squirrels, he'd shoot the close ones and I would shoot the far ones, He was getting Squirrels out to 60 yards with his Prod, he got 8 squirrels, the Prod was on "FIRE", I was shooting out to 160 yards and got 17 Squirrels, that was the first time I had shot the Uragan .25 that far and it outperformed my expectations, I shot 2 of the squirrels at the 160 yard mark, one was a heart lung and the other was a head shot, most of the others were heart lung shots with a few head shots, I was using an Athlon Talos 4-16x40 scope set on 10x power and aiming 5 mildots hold over and 1/2 mildot to the left for the 160 yard shots, scope Zeroed at 80 yards, this Uragan is Awesome for Hunting, now I know what gun to use for the squirrels at long distance.
