Weihrauch HW98- In the Netherlands Three Days Ago. THAT’S INCREDIBLE!

I have to say this though! Is it me or does the Weihrauch box look like a cheap China P.O.S? Years ago, I remember a brown rectangular classy cardboard box. This cheap triangular thing with a glossy HW95 pic on a HW98 gun is pitiful. Can’t wait to get it in the burn pit. Problem is I keep all gun boxes. Buried in the attic with the other ugly Weihrauch boxes. What are thinking? Probably just me.

Yes their boxes are crap. I bought a HW35E from AOA and when I saw the box I thought for sure the gun would be a mess. Somehow there wasn't a mark on it. The gun was bagged of course, but it looked like it was just tossed in the box and taped up. I would expect expensive springers to be packed with more care.
 
Do they notify you when shipped? I just looked at my order and it still shows as processing. When I ordered I used the link to send copy of my DL, and then yesterday morning got an email requesting it, so emailed it again, and have not heard anything back from them. No idea what they are looking for, but at 76 years old I should not have a problem.
 
Well, when I was having trouble setting up account, I got quick replies, got a quick email invoice, and got a reply asking for Drivers License copy, Makes you wonder why they cannot give a quick reply to a question!



I sent another inquiry this morning, 7am central time, which would be 2pm their time, now about 7:30 pm their time and no reply.
 
I had a similar issue, no response to emails. I forgot to send my DL and they didn't inform me that I needed to. I finally called their customer service number Tel.: +31 (0) 522-46 12 84 and talked with a fellow who straightened everything out. Their automated answering system asks if you want English or Dutch!

The telephone number was a bit tricky for Verizon and me. As I remember, I dialed the country code 31 then 522 46 12 84, no (0). Try different combinations if that doesn't work.

Mine showed processing the entire time also. Also, my credit card declined the order at first because of their security algorithm but apparently Krale put the order in again after I told Visa that it was OK but Krale didn't call or email me that it had been declined.

I got on the phone and called them this morning and was amazed at how quickly they answered and when I told them my location and name he had the order looked up before I could give him the order number. He did verify that they had received the dl copy this morning and that I had missed the UPS pickup there as it is getting late there and it would go out Monday. He had no idea why they did not get the dl in a timely manner after I explained that I sent it with the order on Sunday, relied with copy to David last Monday, then last night looked at sent emails and it did not look like complete email addresses so resent it with what I thought was a complete address, then responded to an email this morning from Anna, and finally looked up their general email address, [email protected] at their website and sent it that way. He had no idea why it did not come through earlier . As a side note I had never seen an email address ending in .shop, but it works. Now I am hoping to see it mid next week.
