Im going to shoot it. I was leaning more toward the hw35 special edition because I like the grey/silver colour but I read the hw35 doesn't have enough power to take down a rabbitSpecial additions/anniversary additions aren't worth it to me.......Only because I use what I purchase. Keeping it in the safe or hanging behind glass ain't for me.
The HW97KT is a solid accurate build!
A rabbit doesn't take that muchIm going to shoot it. I was leaning more toward the hw35 special edition because I like the grey/silver colour but I read the hw35 doesn't have enough power to take down a rabbit
I'd have bought it if it was silver and grey like the hw35 special editionMy interest in red is limited.
It doesn't really look that special apart from the engraving. It just looks like one of those custom stocks everybody puts on their air rifleLimited editions are generally not worth it. I would buy a standard HW97k and trick it out with a nice tune job and a select wood stock from CSUK. That way you can shoot it and not feel bad. YMMV
I don't know where you read that but its absolutely false. It's a 12ftlb gunIm going to shoot it. I was leaning more toward the hw35 special edition because I like the grey/silver colour but I read the hw35 doesn't have enough power to take down a rabbit
I've been told it's 10ft LB maximum lolI don't know where you read that but its absolutely false. It's a 12ftlb gun
My .177 35 sits at exactly 12ftlbs with JSB 8.44gr while my .22 HW35 sits at 13ftlbs with FTTs. Even if it was only 10fpe though that gun would still take rabbits fine at reasonable ranges.I've been told it's 10ft LB maximum lol
The uk has 12ft limitMy .177 35 sits at exactly 12ftlbs with JSB 8.44gr while my .22 HW35 sits at 13ftlbs with FTTs. Even if it was only 10fpe though that gun would still take rabbits fine at reasonable ranges.
Yes I know. My guns have aftermarket springs in them. Yours are still capable of that power though which is all I was getting at. The factory springs in the 35s here sat at right around 11.5 if memory servesThe uk has 12ft limit
