Tuning Weihrauch HW100 with FX Liner ?

i took the liner from my dreamline .177 and married it with my hw100

i made a brass adaptor with o-ring groove and two grub screws for clamping the fx liner in place

the brass adaptor is glued (loctite) into the steel pipe

the seamless cold-drawn precision steel pipe has inner threads 1/2" UNF at the end to screw in the fx liner clamping nut

now its time for testing and to add a carbon sleeve because the steel barrel is uncoated.

What is your goal? I have found the HW 100 to be an excellent platform as delivered.

Nice werq you did on that. I Did the same on my Crosman 2240/2250 pistol but accuracy fell off at over 630fps. Now I have the same accuracy at 750fps so a bit more range.

The FX liners are a pretty easy swap with just a simple brass adapter. OK a carbon shroud can help for a bit of support.

Cool, I could do that to a few guns. those liners used I see for about $80.00 on AoA,
