Webley tomahawk breach

Hi, can anyone help me please, took a recently acquired tomahawk apart and can't get the bolt back through the breach block, there appears to be something stopping it.
Thanks in advance.

The barrel looks like it rotated and is loose
there should be nothing but a smooth half moon from the initial ream

might have been rebarreled. Is it stamped on the top of the barrel the caliber ne’er the breech ?

either way something has rotated and IS LOOSE , AND NEEDS ATTENTION IN SLEEVE RETAINER 680
I’ve taken several Webley breech blocks apart and am well versed in them.

Thanks for the reply, it had.22 on the top of the barrel, I removed a very tight silencer and hadn't noticed if the.22 /5.5 was still on top, I'll have a look tomorrow, thanks again.

Lined up is one thing.
it’s loose and needs to be locked in with a retaining compound as it will oscillate and loose accuracy.
The better question is WHY WAS IT LOOSE

WEBLEY used a damn good compound to hold them in. Someone has heated it and released it and did not re doe it properly.

Pull it out and re loc tite it so it’s not going to vibrate and have issues. .

It took some moving, haven't got a clue how I'd actually get it out
