Weather Station?

Do you have a backyard wifi weather station? Thinking about getting one and the offerings are huge. I'm looking for a full-time pole mounted station. I have the usual questions. What do you have? Would you buy the same one? And so on.

All I can tell you is once you own one you will find great humor in all the posts showing a guys groups and him adding it was shot in a 10mph wind. Then possibly a screenshot from his phone of the local forecast. When you have real time wind conditions, you will quickly understand what is and isn’t possible.

Yep. The difference between real time on site weather and generic weather from even 5 miles away can be huge.

I needed one that is mobile and I can take it with me to my gunclub ranges. Ended up having two now. This MFG has some very impressive gizmos, but amazon offers for $ fractions.

Had an Ambient Weather WS-2000 for about 5 years and loved it. Replacing with the WS-5000 which has no moving parts. Check their website you have a lot of flexibility in putting a system together. Easy to use and the couple of times I needed tech support over the years they were great.

I got one but i soon seen i could of done better for not much more money..

Then like features you need to ones that just clogging up screen space..lol.

Like one i had gave indoor humidy but jot out door..?? Little things as that.

Dang sure a lot to look at and over and a tad experience with one helps some.

Ya, the pole mounted got the stuff you most want . Just got to take time to weed through them and choose .
