When that hose blew i was testing the latest addition to my compressor. An air cooled water cooler.
Just a fan and radiator, no actual compressor cooling.
Sealed 12L/3.2 gallon reservoir
I topped off two 9L tanks one from 2500psi to 4500psi and on from 3000psi to 4450psi (BANG).
Ambient was around 75f
High temp on the compressor was 47c/116f
Normal at the end of a single top off is 125-130f
Obviously a higher pressure pump. Had to put hose clamps on all the compressor fitting. 3 of 4 leaked.
Test it more tomorrow. But so far much better than the pond pumps and tanks we have been using.
