Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland (DMV) Air gunners and Ranges in

Are there any shooters from the DMV on here and does anyone know of any private or public ranges in the area? I would like to shoot at greater distances than my 10-meter backyard and basement. I would also like a buddy with which to shoot.
