Washers on the AEA Challenger .357

Hey, does anyone know how to do the upgraded washers deal on the AEA Challenger .357. Any info you can provide would be appreciated.

I watched bintak do a video. Looks like you just put washers under the hammer spring to preload it because there's no adjustment screw. It really couldn't be any simpler than just taking the back of the stock off and pulling the spring out putting some washers in and put it back together.
