Was this an ‘incidental’ magic group? Plus surrounding evidence. 💯 yds 177 RW

I was shooting a 100 yard card, five groups of five. The target was the small red dots. I actually shot five cards like this in one day, this was the best.

It’s pretty fun to see what the RedWolf can do at 100 yards. Obviously conditions were good. It was not calm. But it was very steady and mild.

it was also quite a rush - I love it when stuff like this happens.

When I pulled the trigger on number five, and I saw it snuggle right into the group, it was just a great feeling.

15g slugs 🐌 30 ft pnds. Red Wolf 🐺 177.

The group is completely hidden under the dime.

No question in my mind that slugs are the way of the future. Tonight at 50 yds my Akela 177 with a newly polished bore and 10.6 JSB’s pellets managed a .436” group and then a .614” followed by 1.570” and lastly a 1.924”. The choke keeps fouling and this bbl must be replaced but I love 100yd accuracy and have found it with larger cal rifles. My goal with 177 is the same as yours and ‘kudo’s’ for your target. I haven’t tried 20cal yet but hope to.
