Hey guys, I just bought a Walther Reign--in .25 caliber. Love it! Need pellet advice please. Would you reign owners tell me what pellets you have the best accuracy with? Would also like to know if anyone knows the twist rate, and if it's choked or not. I think it's 1:16 and not choked. Thanks.

Hi there, I found my 177 Reign likes jsb exact 8.44g pellets. I've not tested a huge variation of brands, but out of the brand's I've tried they seem to be the ones my Reign prefers..

Caliber..??
Most all guns like the JSB (.22) 18.13 gr. pellets. Most of my guns, including my Reign, seem to like the Benjamin "Discovery" pellets. You can experiment from there.
Choke... IF, mine had...a choke, it's now gone. I removed a few inches of the barrel. It's got a different sight on it now from the photo below. Shoots great.

Sorry, yeah, I did fail to mention mine was .25 caliber. duh. I'm almost starting to wonder if I should have stuck to a .22 just for the convenience of having Walmart and local stores that carry pellets, just in case I get in a pinch. But I'm happy with my .25 and gonna stick to it. I'd love to know how you got the original moderator off. I'd love to remove mine and put a Donny on so it "whispers". And I'm planning on putting some type of foam in the stock to deaden the 'ping' sound when you fire it.

I use H&N field target trophy and Predator Poliymags with excellent results. You will enjoy them

My Reign in 22 likes leavy H&N pellets (18-21 grain) and I remember reading a review where a 25 cal. one also shot well with that brand.
