This is my LP400 pistol which has undergone a major surgery to have all the O-rings replaced. Unfortunately it's still leaking so there will be more work to do ..... At the inner side of the regulator , there is a hand-written number "70" and the pressure guage marking has the color changed from green to yellow at 70 bars. Can it be safely assumed that the factory setting of the regulator is 70 bars ? Walther is not responding to my email enquiry.

the 70 would be an owners mark tho they had it at 70 bar. 70 should be sufficient for an air pistol. Rifles run at 85 or so bar minimum for 12 fpe and go way up from there. Use soapy water or refrigerant leak detector spray to find your o ring leaks.
