Has anyone received information from American Air Arms?

Ordered a Slayer 6 -7 weeks ago and a magazine 3 weeks ago..

the Post Office shows a ticket for the magazine has been generated

but not received.

If tracking says the item hasn't been received, the seller hasn't dropped it off yet. Maybe an email to the seller will help

That sucks, I was considering a slayer or evo eventually. Stuff like no calls answered is a big deal.

Wow, sorry to hear this. If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, you might want to think about getting your money back.

If I haven't heard anything from a seller for 6-7 weeks, I would get my money back. That's unacceptable if it's two weeks and no communication. It's sad coming from a U.S. maker. A couple of years ago, I came real close to buying a slayer but after several emails and calls, I got no responses to order one.

I have been waiting 10 months for my evo. Most of my emails go unanswered but he does post updates on gateway to airguns.

It’ll be worth the wait. No other hi-power pcp even comes close. People need to realize that AAA is a tiny operation. Makes (pre-airforce) RAW look huge, with their 6 employees, lol. 

I met Tom (the owner) when I was in CA a few months ago and spent a couple days hunting and shooting. They have way more guns ordered at any given moment than they can produce! The shop is tiny, but the machining equipment, and Tom’s ingenuity blew me away. Yea, he’s terrible at following up on inquiries, but everyone gets what they ordered (paid orders take priority) I think they’re extra bogged down right now, preparing for EBR, gunning for a repeat win in the big bore class. One piece of advice I can offer is to post questions on the AAA FB page, he’s more responsive going that route.

I’ve experienced the aggravation myself, but it’s so worth it!

So they have a 10 MONTH backlog! They might do b better to redefine their business model. State a delivery time, communicate ( ! ) , and deliver.

Does bwalton come to mind? 

working on evols this month and slayers when they get those made, or so says a post on their favorite forum.



At least no one has paid any money then waited 6months right?

This is so sad because I'm considering a big bore purchase from them in the future. I hope they can square things away. They need someone who answers inquiries on orders and general information regarding their products on a daily basis. If they had someone like DonnyFL, that would be awesome.
