Got my Vortex Diamondback 4x12x40 back from Vortex after I sent it in for warranty after my springer trashed it. Just over two weeks. Paperwork says they tightened, cleaned, resealed and tested all functions and it's good to go. What they didn't say was that they found a problem and what it was. Guess it's not necessary, but would be nice to know. Over all good service from Vortex. In their return paperwork they recommend 15/18 inch lbs on the scope rings. That seems high to me. What are others using.

Really? The Warne scope mounts says 25 inch lbs. Guess I should contact my scope manufacturer and ask what is recommended for the scope itself

Put it on a FWB 124 springer and after about 6K rounds the POI started to move around. Tried everything else and when I changed scopes it stopped. Some springers are just violent.
