Vortex Strike Eagle

I've tried strike eagle 5-25 and returned it. Because the reticle was not so 'clear' to me as Athlon Optics Midas TAC. All the others were good. Eye box was better than Athlon Midas TAC 6-24×50, glass was almost same to my eye with bigger FOV.

what do you mean by not so clear? For about t)3 same price and wider field of view seems to be a very good advantage.

The reticle always looks like 'a little' blur to my eye, no matter how to adjust it. It was vs Midas TAC or Hawke Sidewinder, both of those have a fine reticle.

Buy this one and thank me later (NO B.S.)

Search the NET for a working 15% off code to get it less than $200. I compared this one with over 30 different scopes ranging from a $160 Discovery to a $1200 (Retail price) Japan BUSHNELL. This cheapie right here held its own against everything $1000 and less and there is a pretty eye opening difference when compared to many "typically favored" $400-$650 scopes. This one is the one I compared to the Vortex in question and sent it back. It's clearer than the $800-$900 Vortex Viper according to MY eyes and the $599 SWFA SALE ($1200 RETAIL and other places sell this for $899-$999 right now) JAPAN Bushnell TAC 4.5-30x50 at high magnification (REALLY SAD TO SAY!!!). Only the $699 SWFA SS and $299 JAPAN BUSHNELL TAC 5-15x40 AO Mildot and old school front focus JAPAN BUSHNELL Elite 4200s JAPAN Weavers LEUPOLD EFRs are Only just barely a tad clearer than this cheapie.
