I returned a pair of Gen 1 Diamondback binoculars that I was having issues with. Some of the rubber had come unglued and split. The eye cup adjustment had seized and bent as well as the eye cup rubber breaking loose while I was trying to get the adjustment to work.
I printed out the online form and filled it out. Packed up the bino's and shipped them out. I never heard a word from Vortex. I just received a box in the mail a few weeks later with my refurbished binoculars looking like new! They also included a Vortex decal.
