The shop is right up the road from me. The owner cited problems obtaining grinding and finishing services as the reason he had to put it on hold. But he also said he has both R9 and TX200 versions in the works. And he also let me try out the HW30 version. Unfortunately I don't have a baseline for comparison, but I could tell it had a very linear cocking behavior and the recoil was just a little push straight back. He said the gun I tried was set up for around 9 ft-lb. All in all pretty impressive.

I’d certainly like one in an R9 or another smooth break barrel. Novelty of it if nothing else. I didn’t see a cost on the website??

The initial run was like $99, but you need an adapter for a bit more ($25?) but regular price was like $130 or so.
