940fps in the chest and recovered just under the skin middle back near the spine.

Curious on how the rabbit reacted to the shot. Did it drop dead in its tracks or. .

Yep, DRT. I have scope cam of the shot but the resolution isn't great due to it was dusk at the time of the shot.

I'll see if I can touch it up.

Thanks, I figured it did. I once shot a large rabbit in the chest at 60 yards with a .25 Baracuda Hunter with my old Wildcat. It just fell over dead instantly.

There is something about every single foot pound offered getting deposited into a target with none going to waist out the back that just hammers critters. Lol.

Now that I've got a .22 Impact X I've been very excited about your results. I'm hoping to be on board with slugs and a liner very soon. Thanks for sharing!
