Got the Vixen 2 long 0.177, very nice.
I have no other PCP to compare, bought it as I liked the look and what people shared about it.
We have power restriction to 7.5J otherwise I would bought the 0.22
Gun right now on 5.6J as I ordered abroad and wanted no custom issue, shoot nice in 40 m will try longer soon. Once back to the range. Shot about 800 pallet since I have it, very accurate. Will increase to 7.5J and over if I have license. I am shooting cherry from the tree with no miss from about 30 m in the garden.
Quality look good, shroud have some move but that only the cover, you can screw them in fully, very small move.(no issue for me at all and I think all ok, just sharing as I saw video on it) I prefer the look off shroud, so I removed. The barrel it self only 420 mm without shroud that built as a tank and strip down looks proper.
Noise no issue, I want mostly shoot in the range off shroud at 5.6j gun has not much noise, might be on higher Jule. The bullet hitting hard that have sound, and you can recognize after a while anyway.
I would not like being in my garden while hearing the pelet hitting something in the other garden so I will go to the range mostly.
I bought single shot tray from Carm, I needed it for competition. Only have the gun 5 days, and already has range membership for a year and they took me competition, where I needed the tray too , hard to single load with fingers. Applied for fac license also, about 6 -8 months to get.
Gun bit nose heavy if you want to cock with left hand and hold on the grip with right, moving cocking leaver to the right, so when you hold left, you will have no balance issue. (mentioning only as I saw in one video), the gun handling super and very happy with it.
Really like it, very easy to shoot, very accurate and looks very nice to me. Love it and would buy again, has no any issue or dislike.
