Diana Vintage Diana 34 - Matt Nickel finish???

Can anyone tell me how you know your Diana 34 is an N with the matt nickel finish? It is not blued looks grey really.

I don't know much amount gun finishes, anyone know? Thanks

i did do some looking the 34N rifle was available from about 1995 to 2001

Years ago I owned a limited-run "military" edition of the DIana model 50 T01 underlever. The finish was a very durable matt dark grey; it appeared to be "Parkerizing" as often seen on actual service rifles. This is a zinc-based electrolytic process - same basic idea as galvanizing but much thicker and denser - and may be what was on the model 34B.
