Vevor vs Tuxing customer service

So I just wanted to post my results with dealing with each company directly over the past year. Vevor compressor the cheapest one they have at the time cost me $110 and lasted almost a year. I never opened it up and cleaned it ever and I would feel half liter tanks and top off my 2 L tank all the time. Some piston seals finally wore out and they sent me some for free in a few weeks, few months later I had a failure cuz of me not cleaning it and they still refunded me $40 for my troubles even though my warranty had one month left. I bought a tuxing after this the tx062 model and it failed after 6 or 7 hours of use only went to repair it and one way valve was cross threaded and snapped off with barely any effort of mine that was a nightmare to get out. I finally did and after further inspection I could tell something was not true in the Machining of the piston or they use junk cylinders cuz the inside of the cylinder wall was turning into sparkling dust that ended up in my check valves after every 2 or 3 hours of use I'd have to open it up and clean it and it just kept getting worse and worse. Dealt with there customer service and they won't do anything for me even though they acknowledge I bought it directly from there AliExpress store. So just to save somebody the trouble I went through I thought I'd post my experience here. Also vevor would respond to my customer service request in about a day whereas tuxing takes multiple days or more and gives me some real bullpoop excuses like they can't bother their shipping clerks all the time even though I only sent email once a week.

I've been using a yong heng I ordered from Amazon for month now so no, I love this style compressor. I fill 0.35 to 2L tanks and will never go back to shoebox style.

I got 3.5 years on my 1st Yong Heng & a full refund when it died. I'm a little over 2 years (April 2023 with another 4 yr warranty. ) on my 2nd one with flawless operation. Yes, they're louder than others, not portable like some & require a bucket of water & maybe extra cooling fans. No big deal! Once they're set up it's just a matter of flipping the switch & topping off the tanks time after time after time....... I still think they can't be beat for the money!

Yeah and honestly who wants to Lug around even The Shoe Box compressors when you can just bring a 2 L tank with you like I do. I definitely set up about a 7 gallon water container on a concrete floor so it stays cool and I'm using the Mobile rars Oil with a little fan blowing on the front when in use. I definitely looked around on here and seen many happy yong hang users so that helps my decision making. Thx for sharing your experience

Yong heng is the best affordable compressor you can get for the money. $250 and it fills 6.8L tanks no problem. After a year of hard use i put a $20 piston assembly in it, and it works like new. Now its my backup compressor

I delt with vevor customer service for a mini lathe i purchased. It was a simple process, they got back to me right away. The lathe was OK, just not heavy duty enough and I wasn't satisfied with my purchase so they gave me back half my money.
