I found that when I had prime I ordered way more stuff than I needed to. Prime was less than $100 then. Once I dropped prime I got punished by Amazon For awhile, my stuff would be here in 1 day once shipped but they would take a week to actually ship it. They are lucky if I order 6 items from them a year now. Can aways find it at the same price elsewhere.

The amazon driver thugs still feel I need their piss bottles left in the bushes by the street.

Bed,bath and beyond and the Harmon store just closed their doors for good here too — gonna suck when amazon is the only choice.

That's no different WITH prime if you don't live near a major city. Remember when there was $3.99 overnight shipping? I've been a prime member for multiple decades now and the service has gone drastically downhill. Oh but you get all the extra services, like Prime Video, etc. Okay - Jack Ryan is an EXCELLENT series, I think that's the only thing I ever watched on Prime.

I have some friends who work for USPS and Amazon treats USPS like crap. To that point, they literally back the truck up to my local USPS office and unload it. Even if there's no one there, I could go shopping at the USPS office.

The customer service does kind of make up for it. If you have an issue with the warranty period and the vendor is non-responsive, they'll usually help you out.

The one posted by the OP is the model with the Lithium Ion battery. If a unit does not have pass through charging, it means you can only use it with the battery and not while the battery is being charged. Some of the electronics I have do not support pass through charging, to me this is a deal breaker for a device like this. Granted, I'm not buying the e-L2 because I have the CS2 and I would just run that off of my vehicle battery if I was in the field.
