I've had dismal luck with getting Veradium via email. One time they responded within a day, and they requested I call. I did, then tried to follow up two more times via email, giving them information they requested, but no response. I'd say calling is the only possible solution. I realize small businesses can be pressed for time when business is good, but why publish an email address if it's going to be ignored?

We live in the country our service has been spotty lately due to a lot of storms. Please call us our number is 702 406 0200. We sometimes don't hear phone when mills are running but we do call back. We do not ignore emails but spam filters are in place sometimes regular email gets caught in it.
