Vector Veyron 4-16x44 IR on a Springer?

Has anyone tried one of these scopes on a springer?

The overall length would be perfect for a fixed barrel springer i.e. HW97K or TX200.

Just don't want to buy one and destroy it..

Not a 4-16 but I had the 3-12 on my R7 and never had any problems.

I would check the warranty. I think it's 3 or 5 years. I only use scopes with lifetime warranty.
